“It seems 24 hours is not enough for me, because there are just so many people I want to help.” Irene Chew

Irene Chew of Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, was a single mother with seven children. At first, she was too busy to pay attention to Reliv. Burdened with debts, she juggled jobs just to feed her family. She would collect aluminum cans and sell them to earn RM20 a day. Sometimes, she would wait in long queues in government offices for other people to earn a small commission.

Linda spent three months convincing Irene until she later saw the vision of Reliv. In October of 2003, she signed p as a Distributor. Irene wasted no time in building momentum in her organization. Then her business took off. Irene earned in one month what she used to earn in a year. In her first six months in the business, she already earned RM30,000. A year into the business, she made more than RM170,000 in all forms of income! Irene did her business seriously, talking and sharing Reliv whenever she could. She once said, “It seems 24 hours is not enough for me, because there are just so many people I want to help.”

Irene was focused on achieving her dreams: a nice house for her family, worldwide travel, the ability to do church missions, and recognition for her efforts. And she did. She bought back her house, took herself out of bankruptcy and achieved Bronze Ambassador status within a year. She never dreamed of being able to travel to any part of the country even Kuala Lumpur, but with Reliv she earned trips to Langkawi, Singapore, Philippines, and recently took her son on a cruise of the Three Gorges in China.
